On what was one of the coldest days of the year Siu & Tracey braved the arctic winds and finished the Mt Mangere walking trail.

Wellness client, Siu, set herself a goal to improve her fitness to return back to work and to do the Mt Mangere trail... and SHE DID IT. Awesome work Siu!

Siu, who is on APD, has worked hard to improve her health outcomes over the past 18 months. Siu was thrilled to find the walk was not as challenging as she expected, but actually... she enjoyed it, and is even keen to make the Mt Mangere walk part of a regular routine.

Having wellness goals can really help you stay on track and stay motivated. They can be big or small, weekly, monthly, or even yearly goals.
